These terms set out the conditions under which PRIM-LOGIST SRL, which operates Moving.md, provides services and sells products through this website. You can contact us at [email protected].
By placing an order or using the website, you accept these terms. Please read them before ordering.
We provide moving services, cargo transport, movers and loaders, waste removal and other related services. Through our online shop we sell packaging materials.
Services are provided on the basis of a confirmed order, on the agreed date and time.
The form on the website is a request, not a binding order. After you submit it, we contact you, normally by phone, to confirm the details and the price.
The contract is concluded when we confirm the order. You pay only for the services actually performed, and the order can still be cancelled free of charge after confirmation.
The details you give us are used only to process your order, in line with our privacy policy.
All prices include VAT.
Shop prices are firm. Service prices are shown as minimums ("from X lei") because the final amount depends on the volume, distance and duration of the job. We confirm the final price before the work starts.
No payment is taken on the website. We do not ask for bank details and do not collect money through the site.
Payment happens outside the website: on site, on delivery or by invoice, as agreed when the order is confirmed.
Cancelling or rescheduling an order is always free of charge. We only ask that you tell us as early as possible, so we can reassign the team and the vehicle.
So that the job goes smoothly, please:
If an item is damaged during the work, we send a specialist to assess it. Depending on the case, we repair the item or pay you compensation.
Damage must be reported at handover or, if it was not visible then, within 48 hours.
Items not declared as fragile or valuable, and items you packed yourself, are assessed with this in mind.
You can receive shop orders in one of these ways:
As a consumer, you can return goods bought at a distance within 14 days of receiving them, under the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
We refund the money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by companies or for professional purposes.

As a consumer, you may also apply to the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance (Agenția pentru Protecția Consumatorilor și Supravegherea Pieței) or to a court.
The texts, images, logo and design of the website belong to the company. They may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the version published on the website at the time the order is placed.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
